Three Piece Party! Pt. 3 - The Driving

For those who came, you probably got an insight into how chaotic, sporatic and not-so-structured we are as people. Whether that's a good or bad thing who knows but I think that's just how our events will be!

As it's been a few months now, we have reflected on a lot about 3PP - what worked, what didn't and things we didn't even consider until it all went down.

One of the things we didn't account for (but kind of ended up being really cool) was the dust from the backfill. While we might have been covered in it on the first day with the amount of wind, the vibe in the photos turned out epic (thank you Anthony from Lucky Tears)!

Hands down the best part of the weekend (but the most disorganised, sorry) was the mini comp. Like the rest of the event, we wanted to do something a little different and run a three-car comp rather than the two-car we usually see. Three cars seems to throw a bit of a spanner in the works for some and it was definitely entertaining to watch.

And there were a few mishaps...

When we started planning 3PP, deciding between one or two days was hard but the whole weekend is definitely the way to go. By the second day, everyone was getting to know one another and driving together.

To wrap up the weekend, we handed out a few prizes.

As everyone would already know, since our event there is a lot of uncertainty about Raleigh Raceway so where we go to from here will be determined soon.
